Attention: we have some ASOS news that will make you feel even better about your weekly (okay, daily) scroll!
The environmental impact we have on the planet is something we should all be more conscious of – and we should all be making small changes to better out eco-footprint, too. From switching our morning coffee cup to a re-usable version, to opting for recyclable drinking straws and investing in eco-friendly beauty brands – there are tons of places to start making the change. But, with fashion being one of the biggest polluters, this is a strong place to start.
Luckily, there are denim brands that are reducing their water usage, shoe brands that are dominated by vegan-friendly materials and even recycled and up-cycled activewear collections and there’s now easier ways to find them. Designer and high street giants in the industry are listening to their consumers who are looking for more sustainable brands. This summer saw the launch of Net-a-Porter’s new ‘Net Sustain’ section that houses all its eco-friendly brands – including Veja – in one easy-to-shop place. Now, ASOS – our favourite predominantly high street scrolling haunt – has launched its ‘Responsible Edit’, and we are more than excited.
